Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will partner closely with core business functionalities in order to provide strategic analysis, insight and guidance to key stakeholders.
Duties will include:
*Full and detailed preparation of monthly management accounts, providing input and insight for Board Packs for presentation to C-Suite.
*Budgetary forecasting and planning to ensure fulfilment of growth plans and business performance goals.
*Building and strengthening relationships with key operational stakeholders, providing a strategic partnering service.
In addition to these core activities, you will directly support the Finance Controller and FD in continual improvement and refinement of the functionality, building and embedding an environment of 'operational excellence', whilst supporting in initiatives and projects to drive operational gains.
In order to excel within the role, you will bring your technical experience and expertise, but beyond this technical skill, you will be a creative, solutions focussed professional capable of bringing a dynamism to your role and business area.
Desired Experience:
*CIMA/ACCA qualified.
*Previous Management Accounts experience.
*Excellent Excel knowledge, (Pivot Tables, Lookups etc)
