Global manufacturing business with their UK head office based in the Bradford area currently require a career focused CIMA/ACCA part qualified Management Accountant to join their expanding finance function. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly management accounts as well as the production of budgets and ongoing forecasts. You will also be a key point of contact for internal stakeholder queries.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Assisting with the preparation, review and analysis of accurate and timely management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Processing VAT Returns
*Supporting yearend audit
*Budget setting and management
*Profit and loss forecasting and analysis
*Supporting the continual review and improvement of procedures and key controls
*Assisting with ad hoc projects
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
*Be studying towards a full accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
*High level of analytical skills and high attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and vlookups
