Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Ledger Clerk/Analyst to work on a temporary basis for a UK wholesaler who work on behalf of some worldwide retail organisations. The successful candidate will be on a temporary contract for a 3-month period with a potential chance to gain permanent employment in the future.
The candidate will be working alongside the finance business partner and will be a key part of a team of 12 within the finance department.
This Duties of the role will include:
* Running reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Managing and analysing data
* Updating suppliers and sending Impact reports
* Producing pivot tables and excel spreadsheets
* Dealing with discrepancies
* Analysing stock purchasing
Skills and experience:
* Must be organised and have good communication skills
* Must have a strong knowledge of excel
* Experience with analysing data.
* Be reliable and willing to learn
The working hours are Monday to Friday offering 40 hours a week with flexible working hours. (8am-16:00pm , 9am - 17:00pm). Once settled into the role, hybrid working will be considered of up to 2 days a week from home and 3 in the office. The salary for this role is £25,000
