*Degree or equivalent qualification in IT
*Any IT certifications i.e. Microsoft of other vendors
*Manufacturing experience (not essential)
*IT Management/leadership experience
*Good communication skills
*Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
*Knowledge of standards such as
oCyber Essentials Plus - UK Gov
oNIST 800-171 - US Gov
oCMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) - US Gov
Tools/Technologies
*Active Directory
*Windows Server
*Windows 10
*Virtualisation (vSphere)
*Exchange Server
*Microsoft SQL Server
*Epicor ERP/Other ERP (not essential)
*Networking
*Firewall Configuration/Management
*Vulnerability Scanning
