You will perform a valuable role primarily assisting the directors in identifying potential investment opportunities, managing various elements of the deal process through due diligence and on to completion - the whole investment cycle from origination through to completing the investment.
To be considered you must have qualified with a quality firm of accountants and have up to date professional practice transactional experience (or p.e. experience). Academically you will be a high achiever and have first class inter-personal skills, an interest in corporate finance and funding and a wider commercial interest. Some deal experience within corporate finance / M&A, transaction services / due diligence, corporate recovery / restructuring or private equity will be essential.
