A leading manufacturing company based near York needs an interim Accountant to support with some interesting integration work ahead of an upcoming acquisition.
The role will include managing due diligence processes, negotiating completion accounts, preparing key financial information and liaising with the companies' financial advisors. It will also involve assessing the companies risk management and financial reporting processes.
To be considered you must be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with previous experience of managing a transaction. Having worked with a private equity backed business would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a very experienced FD and highly credible board.
