Working for an outstanding business in Wakefield the purpose of the role is to support the HR team in a broad spectrum of activities across the various HR systems and associated platforms including responsibility for management reporting of people data across those systems.

This role is responsible for the maintenance and continued development of internal systems and various HR platforms.

The jobholder will work with a wide range of stakeholders across HR and the business to scope and perform advanced HR analytics relating to People Management and any other key HR indicators of interest to the business.

Key Responsibilities are to include but not exclusive to:

*Act as System Administrator and Super User for the HR systems, including being the central contact for the HR team
*Provide support to HR colleagues and other users in their use of the systems where required including support with training and coaching of new members of the team on those systems
*Responsible for maintenance of Job/Position profiles in internal HR system ensuring the organisation charts are reflected accurately in line with business changes
*Creating, maintaining, and revoking user access across the HR systems
*Responsible for creating and maintaining HR System SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
*Carry out regular data audits and data cleanse activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and complete data across the systems
*Undertake regular tasks to ensure all systems are GDPR compliance across all systems
*Assist with the delivery of key HR projects and implementation of systems.
*Create and manage both regular and ad hoc report requests from the business across our HR systems
*Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a HR dashboard on internal HR systems or other business platform
*Responsible for collation of monthly Board pack statistics, metrics and KPI's

*Relevant systems experience gained within a HR function
*Experience of using and managing a variety of HR systems and applications
*Clear aptitude for and experience in, numerical analysis and data insight
*Great communication skills, verbal and written
*Take personal accountability and ownership for all deliveries, work proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
*Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
*Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages
*Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
