Reporting into and acting as second in command to the Head of HR, you will be mainly supporting the senior stakeholders in the business with all HR matters, from the rare casework, to helping to build a commercial strategy for the HR function.
You will support the Head of HR in all matters and as a result will be expected to travel to their various sites across the north. This will expose you to stakeholder management at all levels from the shop floor to the board room.
Ideally you will be at least L5 qualified and have a background within Manufacturing and or retail.
