Working with a long established multi-million pound turnover company in a small HR team, my client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Role:
*Provide HR service/support to managers & staff
*Provide recommendations for improvement & implement processes
*Manage employee engagement creating & implementing initiatives
*Manage employee relations inc. grievances & disciplinaries
*Be an integral part of the business strategy & initiatives
*Building relationships with key stakeholders
*Coaching & upskilling line managers
Candidate:
*Experience advising line managers on generalist HR matters
*Experience managing complex ER issues
*Ability to coach/train line managers
*Full understanding of recruitment process
*Strong systems knowledge
*Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
*FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL
