This client currently requires the support of a talented HR & Payroll Officer to join their busy team. This role will be to manage all aspects of HR for the site as well as get involved in the implementation of a new payroll system.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Dealing with all site HR issues
* Updating and maintaining site HR information
* Involvement in end-to-end payroll process
* Processing starters and leavers
* First point of contact for all payroll queries from employees
* Absence reporting
* General admin duties and support
Candidates wishing to apply to the role will ideally have:
* Previous HR experience
* Previous payroll experience
* Good attention to detail
* Payroll knowledge
* Excellent IT skills
