Payroll Administrator

Job description

​Working as part of a small but experienced Payroll team you will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure the business payroll runs accurately and efficiently.

Duties of the role are to include:

  • Preparing and distributing employee pay slips and P60.

  • Maintenance of the sickness.

  • Holiday and pension schedules.

  • Dealing with relevant day-to-day payroll queries.

The ideal individual will have the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience of working in a Payroll environment is desirable.

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • High levels of accuracy, with sound attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
