A FMCG company in Sherburn in Elmet are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

*Supporting a small team of People Advisors and Administrators.
*Managing heavy ER caseloads, advising on company policies and procedures.
*Assisting departmental managers on the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
*Contributing towards the improvement of processes and methods of operating practices where required.
*Coaching and developing the HR advisory team.
*Assisting with annual pay review/pay claims.
*Supporting recruitment activity, ensuri9ng compliance to internal policies and selection of the most suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Proven HR experience in a similar role.
*Management experience.
*Skilled in providing pragmatic, tailored HR advice.
*CIPD Level 5 qualified or desire to work towards this.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Pragmatic, resilient and a self-starter.
*Passionate about developing and supporting colleagues.
