Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
*Oversight and control of the group monthly board pack.
*Develop and add meaningful insight and commentary to key KPI's and management information.
*Liaise with stake holders at director level advising and driving performance improvement.
*Oversee weekly forecasting process for revenue/EBITDA.
*Mentoring and developing your team assigning duties in line with your own assessments of skills sets and development potential.
*Full and timely preparation of Bank Reporting and Covenant Calculations.
*Ensure monthly group reporting procedures and deadlines are met and achieved to a high standard.
*Develop and implement accounting processes and controls.
*Production of statutory accounts for all group entities.
*Support and advise on potential new acquisitions playing a pivotal role throughout from initial approaches through to integration.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
*Previous experience within a senior Accounts position, previous exposure to group accounting would be advantageous although not essential.
*Knowledge of service sector/advisory businesses.
*Ability to be a proactive leader and problem solver.
Package:
*£55-£65k DOE experience and background.
*Flexible/Hybrid working.
