​A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Financial Planning & Analyst Accountant to join a growing organisation in a role focused on delivering insight, reporting and forecasting to support senior decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset who wants to make a tangible impact on business performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing insightful analysis and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Supporting pricing and revenue management initiatives, including tariff reviews and competitor benchmarking

  • Providing analytical input into acquisitions and real estate projects, building business cases for portfolio growth

  • Preparing and presenting options for consideration at senior and board level

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support planning, profitability analysis, and investment decisions

  • Partnering with commercial, operational and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight and drive accountability

What we’re looking for

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly

  • Experience in financial modelling and forecasting

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting findings

  • Proactive approach with an interest in commercial strategy and growth initiatives
