A growing manufacturing company located in Daresbury are currently looking for an experienced Finance Support Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and will report directly into the General Manager.
You will have the following Duties:
*The completion and distribution of Brexit related documents that are essential for the import of goods during Brexit.
*Input of data into Brexit related systems that will enable the successful import of goods.
*Liaising with and providing the necessary information to customs agents, hauliers and suppliers as required for effective and efficient import of goods.
*Assess and maintain the supplier approval database through liaison with the supplier base.
*To become an Internal Auditor and audit business processes in line with the business matrix.
*Customer Specification Management - Ensure control for all specs sent out for new customers and updates to existing customers.
*Source, construct and distribute all LTSD's when required.
*Customer Complaint - Investigation and responses for complaints logged on system.
*Purchase Ledger - Help with investigations into queries relating to purchase orders.
*Demurrage investigations relating to haulage associated costs.
*The running of individual mandatory reports that need to be reviewed as a business.
*The scanning of stock, transportation, sundry documentation into the document management system.
*The Processing of stock and haulage purchase orders.
*Assist in the return of stock and ensure processes are being followed.
*Customer OTIF - Working with sales team on a daily basis - Running reports and putting corrective actions in place.
*Supplier OTIF - Working with Stock and Transport to run and analyse how our suppliers are performing.
