Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive financial understanding and improve overall business performance.

  • Take charge of the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.

  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

  • Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the business’s growth objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of commercial reporting, profitability analysis, and margin tracking.

  • Provide financial insights to help evaluate new investment opportunities and strategic projects.

  • Oversee fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and capex reporting.

  • Help refine and improve financial processes and controls to support scalability as the business grows.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid technical knowledge.

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, ideally with exposure to high-growth or private equity-backed companies.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to work closely with both finance and non-finance teams.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ambitious and eager to take on more responsibility, with an interest in growing into more senior finance roles, such as Financial Controller.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment where adaptability and flexibility are key.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager looking to make a significant impact within a high-growth, entrepreneurial company. It’s perfect for someone who is looking to develop their career and take the next step in their financial leadership journey.
