UK wide retail group based in Goole currently requires a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified commercially driven accountant to join their business as Finance Manager at a very exciting point in the company's growth.
Working directly with the Finance Director you will play a key part in the development of the finance division having full commercial exposure across the group.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Oversee the monthly management accounts production ensuring budget targets are adhered too.
*Identify, evaluate and (where needed) improve existing financial processes and controls.
*Full responsibility for the management of the accounts team assigning duties in line with your assessment of their skills sets.
*Communication with senior stake holders across the business advising on current financial position and projected performance.
*Presenting current and projected financial position to both internal and external parties playing a key part in commercial decisions within the business.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
*Previous experience within either a senior accounts production/finance manager position.
*Knowledge of and exposure to multi-site organisations would be advantageous but not essential.
