Sharp Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly ambitious business in the South Yorkshire area who operate over several different sectors based within the Rotherham area. My client is now looking to appoint a Finance Manager as part of the next stage of succession planning and business reorganisation.
You will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for the accounting process including; Financial reporting and P&L management, financial projection management, cash forecasting, budgeting, systems development as well as staff management of a transactional finance team.
You must be a qualified accountant having ideally worked within a fast-paced industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven record of developing relationships within both a management and non-management situation with staff at all levels of a business.
