This role is an ongoing temporary position that could quite easily become a permanent role for the right person.
You would need to be immediately available to apply for the position. Ideally have 2 years' experience of working in an accounts department is desirable although training will be provided so a willingness to learn and grow in the role is a must. If you are currently studying AAT
This role will include:
* Purchase and Sales Ledger duties
* Resolve purchase/sales invoice queries with suppliers and customers
* Bank reconciliations
* Set up new customers on the finance system
* Support Finance Manager as and when needed
* Ad hoc administrative tasks
* Sorting post
* Filing invoices
Skills and experience:
* Good attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and keen to learn
* To be confident and proactive
* Excellent attention to detail
* 2 years relevant experience is beneficial
8 - 4 Monday to Friday (flexible working options available)
Part time candidates considered
£22,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience
Hybrid working options
28 days holiday + bank holidays
