Responsibilities include:
* Handling queries and incidents from receipt to resolution & processing
* Provide guidance & suggestions with key focus on analysing service delivery &
* customer satisfaction.
* Reporting directly to the Finance Service Manager, who will provide key training but emphasise the need for your input.
* Assisting across the Finance team in general
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Experience of cashiering, reconciliations, journals etc. - not essential experience needed in all areas, just one or two.
* Key communication skills across the transactional, senior levels of finance and key finance stakeholders.
* Experience and knowledge of general finance operations & accounting processes.
