Duties:
-Maintaining a ledger of company accounts and customers
-Resolving queries
-Build and maintain working relationships with customers
-Working within timeframes and enduring payment plans are adhered too
Experience:
-Experience and understanding of Credit Control, including debt recovery
-Good understanding of IT, in particular, proficient Excel experience
-The ability to work within a busy team but also then individually
-Ability to identify issues and look to pro-actively resolve them
-Knowledge of the legal recovery system (training/refresher provided)
-23 holidays + bank holidays
-Mon -Fri 37.5 hours
-On site parking
