Duties include:
* Analyse the effectiveness of the credit control system and suggest improvements / implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce bad debts.
* Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures of clients.
* Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data in the accounting system.
* Build strong relationships with customers to create a rapport based on trust and mutual respect.
* Maximise revenue & mitigate credit risk
