I am recruiting a Credit Controller for a client in Thurnscoe, Barnsley.

This is a £40m+ turnover manufacturing business with 20% growth year on year for the last few years. A business we have been successfully working with, mainly recruiting as they implement the effective finance structure driven by their growth.

They are looking for someone to take ownership of the receivable's ledger, to take responsibility for the maintenance of it and make it their own. This is an opportunity to make something you can be proud of.

It is a multi-currency ledger, with a high proportion of query resolution. The role is Credit Controller, but this includes the Sales ledger activities such as cash allocation and sales invoicing, as well as issuing statements. The role will also including regular review meetings with supportive management.

It reports into an Accountant and is part of a wider finance team including working alongside a part time Credit Controller. They are a proactive finance team which has Accounts Payable, Management Accounts, FP&A, FC, FD, etc but this role requires someone to own the Accounts Receivable function.

Expected salary £26k-£28k
Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
Friday 8am - to 2pm and dress down
33 days holiday per annum (including stat)

This is an office based role, working in Thurscoe, S63.
