Credit Control Maternity Cover (12 months)
My client is a hugely successful business that is requiring an experienced credit control candidate to join the team asap!
I have personally worked with this business in the past and tend to only recruit when there is growth or a member of the team requires some cover
Main Responsibilities
*Managing on online ledger / portal
*Ensuring the Sales Ledger is reconciled and matches the online portals
*Timely collection of sales ledger cash for allocated ledger accounts.
*Liaise with Sales Team & Sales Office on customer queries.
*Allocated customer file maintenance.
*Allocate payments received for specified accounts.
*Pursuing customers whose payments are overdue, by telephone and letter, and placing on stop where necessary.
*Support the Accounts department administratively.
*Any other related adhoc duties.

*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
*A high attention to detail
*Experience of liaising with customers on all levels
*Clear, confident and professional communication skills
*An accounts background is desirable but not essential
*To be self-motivated
*To work well within a team environment
*Computer literate
