Head of FP&A - Sheffield / Hybrid
Sharp Consultancy are working in collaboration with an International Market Leader based in the Sheffield area who are looking to add an FP&A leader to the current finance structure.
You will report directly into the CFO with full responsibility for the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting you will also be heavily involved with the reporting of non-finance driven information such as trends and analysis that can further aid the business to deliver key objectives and deliverables and most importantly growth in a highly cash rich setting.
As part of the wide-facing role you will also be responsible for developing and revamping the reporting systems and processes, in order to create a full 'story behind the numbers' rolling process for use across all aspects of the business including senior level board and strategy meetings.
Whilst the finance team is based in Sheffield, with a global business model our client has adopted a hybrid office / home working environment, and most are typically in the office for 1-2 days per week although you may be based at the office as often as you choose. Due to the wider influence throughout the international presence that our client has, travel will be part of this opportunity and you will likely need to travel overseas as and when the need arises, or you determine necessary.

You must be a qualified accountant and any experience of bespoke manufacturing or engineering would be highly beneficial, however not essential.
