Benefits to include:

  • Salary between £45,000 - £48,000

  • Hybrid and Flexible working (2 days WFH)

  • 27 days AL + 8 BH

  • Purchase 3 extra days AL

  • Flexi-time

  • 36.25 hour week

 

Duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of audit procedures.

  • Review and evaluate the work of junior team members, including audit documentation, financial statements and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Communicate proactively with clients to gain a deep understanding of their operations, assess risk areas and deliver insightful, value-added recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals, participating in client presentations, and engaging in networking activities to support the firm’s growth.

 

Person Specification:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified

  • Experience of working within Audit
