This role will be supporting the Group Management Accountant, in preparing and reporting on the monthly management accounts, assisting in budgeting and forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.

Duties included:
* Management accounts preparation and reporting
* Assisting with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting
* Understanding variance between reported, forecast, and budgeted results
* Accounting controls including monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparation of monthly commentary and reporting to CFO
* Assisting the Group Tax Manager with preparation of VAT returns
* Liaising and responding to external auditors
* Ad hoc analysis for the FD, Head of Financial Reporting and CFO
