The main duties of the role are to include:
*Post all bank transactions
*Purchase ledger
*Ensure all purchase invoices for the month are inputted on SAGE
*Flag overdue invoices to Sales & Operations Director
*Secure payment dates for overdue invoices
*Pay all team members weekly/monthly
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
*Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Solid team working skills
*Ability to communicate appropriately, sensitively and maintain confidentiality
*Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
*Excellent attention to detail
