Initial duties will include:
*Sourcing sales figures, for a growing number of venues, from EPOS software
*Dealing with accounts paperwork deliveries from venues
*Inputting purchase invoices and credit notes with a high level of accuracy and diligence
*Reconciling supplier statements to Xero supplier ledgers
*Communicating with suppliers, both by email and telephone, in order to deal with queries arising quickly and efficiently
*Working closely with the management accountants to resolve any queries arising quickly and efficiently
*Posting basic accounting journals using existing Excel templates
*Posting transactions from bank statements on Xero
*Reconciling bank accounts from statements to Xero
*Posting transactions from credit card statements to Xero
*Month end reconciliations
*Ensuring that the fixed asset ledger reconciles to the fixed asset register
