You will be joining a small well functioning team that comprises of as Assistant Accountant, Management Accountant and Senior Management.
As the Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for client requirements and managing the purchase ledger.
Successful candidates will ideally have a couple of years experience in either Accounts Payable or Receivable.
Key responsibilities for Purchase Ledger Assistant:
* Bank and supplier reconciliations.
* Process purchase invoices.
* Posting payments.
* Process company credit card and expenses.
* Managing high volume invoices.
* Implementing process improvement.
* Excel reporting.
