Accounts Assistant – Leeds | Stability Meets Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Resolving queries with confidence

  • Preparing and processing payments

  • Managing supplier invoices and payment runs

  • Reporting using Excel

  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll bring a keen eye for detail and ideally some prior experience in Accounts. The ability to work independently and take initiative will be key — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a real impact.
