This is a newly created role to join a leading manufacturing business based in the Batley area. The company has ambitious growth plans. They are looking to secure the services of an Accounts Assistant to add more capacity to their Accounts team. This is a varied role and will offer an exceptional opportunity for an early-stage studier to develop their career alongside their studies.
Duties will include:
* Bank reconciliations
* Accruals & Prepayments
* Fixed Assets & Depreciation
* Purchase Payments & Scheduling
* Invoice Finance
* Accounting for stock
* Intercompany transfers
This role will suit a candidate with good attention to detail. The ability to work on your own initiative is something that or client is particularly keen for the successful candidate to demonstrate. Our client is looking for someone who wants to take on extra responsibility and who is ambitious and seeks out challenge.
The role will be based in the Huddersfield office. Due to the nature of the role, there is little flexibility on home working.
