The candidate's responsibilities will include:
* Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger, dealing with a high volume of invoices.
* Transactional month end accruals & prepayments
* Bank reconciliations
* Stock management
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Proficient using Excel, Pivot tables & VLookups
* AAT qualified or part qualified (desirable not essential)
* Experience working independently, being able to manage own workload whilst also demonstrating key communication skills with the Financial Controller & the rest of the office.
* Being adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
* Experience of working in a similar role or a Purchase Ledger environment.
