Duties include:
*Maintaining purchase ledger including invoice entry, payment processing within supplier payment terms and creditor management
*Reviewing and processing staff expense claims
*Support for the Assistant Accountant with accounts receivable and general ledger work
*Credit control
*Producing regular reports such as aged creditors, aged debtors, held invoices
*Cashbook maintenance and analysis
*Supporting Assistant Accountant with VAT return
