Accounts Assistant
Sharp Consultancy are delighted to continue our working partnership with a Successful, Sheffield based business. This position has become available due to the rapid growth the company has experienced over recent years and they expect this growth to continue throughout 2022. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly but fast paced team on full time permanent basis.
Main Duties include:
-Cashbook Management
-Reconciliations
-Raising same day bank payments
-Purchase processing
-Query Resolutions
-Training and mentoring an AAT apprentice
-Some assistance for management teams
Skills Specification:
-AAT Level 4 Qualification (Preferred but not essential)
-Strong IT skills
-Hard Working & able to meet deadlines
-Professional & Excellent communication Skills
-Experience with COINS system (Preferred but not essential)

Full time, Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours (some flexibility) with an early finish on Fridays
