Based in their head office each day working within a strong team of 4, reporting directly to the finance manager you will have responsibility for:
*Working on sales ledger and purchase ledger, assisting with invoice processing and sales orders.
*Assisting with payroll on both a weekly and monthly basis.
*Dealing with customer queries in a friendly manner.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Accurate data inputting into Sage 200.
*Assisting with the preparation and management of year end accounts.
*Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounts assistant to take a step into a more varied role where no day is the same. This role is perfect for someone who is a team player and great communicator.
Ideally you will have:
*Previous experience using accounting software.
*A good understanding of transactional accounts.
*Proven past experience working within a finance team.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
