Reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will have responsibility for:
*Processing high levels of supplier invoices and dealing with any queries relating to them.
*Assisting the purchase ledger supervisor with the processing of sales and recharge invoices.
*Maintaining the accounts payable email account.
*Setting up new suppliers, forming positive relationships with those you work with.
*Accurate inputting of financial data to be used for reports and forecasting from month and year end accounts.
*Collection and distribution of daily post in the finance department.
*Supplier reconciliation work.
*Any other ad hoc duties required.
