They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the management accountant with transactional duties within the finance team. The role is a full-time, permanent role that offers great variation in your day-to-day duties.
Role Details:
-High volume cash collection
-Distributing sales invoices to clients
-Cash allocation
-Purchase ledger coding, matching, and processing
-Reconciliations
-Query resolution
-Other ad hoc office duties
Other:
-Sage experience beneficial but not essential
-Good time keeping
-Strong IT skills
-Professional & Excellent communication skills
The role is offering a great variation of duties in a small but fantastic team. The business is looking for someone that will get involved in the day-to-day chat within the office but also someone who can get their head down and plough through the work.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
£22k - £24k depending on experience
Onsite parking
25 days holiday + Statutory
