Finance Assistant - £25k DOE!!
I am recruiting a brilliant role at an excellent company that is very accessible from Sheffield, Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
Throughout the past 12 months the company has performed well and has been experiencing the highest amount of orders it has seen in recent years!
The role will offer a good deal of autonomy and will provide support to the Finance Manager. Duties will include:
*Matching, checking and coding invoices.
*Working out VAT payments.
*Making payments via BACS and cheques.
*Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
*Filing invoices.
*Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
*Have a good understanding and use of SAP.
*Debt Chasing
This role is a really exciting and challenging role that will require the successful candidate to provide evidence and examples of supporting a Finance Manager with the above duties.
Full time
37.5 hours per week (early Friday finish)
