This role is ongoing with the potential to be permanent for the right person. You'll be based in a small inclusive finance team working closely alongside the finance manager. The role is for an all rounder with a keen passion for building customer relationships as the position has an element of Credit Control.
You will ideally have 2 years' experience of working in an accounts department or AAT Qualified.
This role will include:
* Purchase Ledger duties
* Resolve purchase/sales invoice queries with suppliers and customers
* Maintain relationship with supplier's accounts departments
* Credit Control
* Bank reconciliations
* Set up new customers on the finance system
* Support Finance Manager as and when needed
Skills and experience:
* Good attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and keen to learn
* To be confident and proactive with a good telephone manner
* Experience of Sage 50
* 2 years relevant experience is a must
9 - 5 Monday to Friday
c. £25,000 Depending on experience
