The Role Involves:
-Working as part of a team
-Processing of invoices and purchase orders (PO'S) to complete upload onto accounts system.
-Bank and statement reconciliations
-Production booking and stocktake reconciliations
-Handling subcontractors
-Installation summaries and job costing
-Assisting with stock takes
The successful candidate:
-Will enjoy working in a small office environment
-Have experience in working in an account's office, with an understanding of Purchase Ledger
-A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary
-Being able to actively liaise with other members of staff.
