You will be given the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of this firm of accountants across some of their key clients. A role that promises excellent career prospects especially as the firm has a culture of promoting from within.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Managing multiple assignments.
*Performing complex group consolidations including cash flows statements.
*Calculating and presenting disclosures for financial statements including more complex IFRS disclosures.
*Researching technical queries under both UK GAAP and IFRS to help find solutions to client problems / queries.
*Drafting parts of technical reports for clients.
*Retaining responsibility for own work and taking ownership on small to medium technical projects.
*Coaching more junior team members as part of team projects
*Liaising directly with clients and collaborating with other areas of the firm.
*Preparation of statutory accounts from client records.
*Completion of corporation tax returns.
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a wide variety of clients.
Ideally you will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CA), either ICAEW or ICAS, with a significant amount of recent experience working with clients in industry.
