As the Senior Management Accountant, you will take central ownership of monthly accounts along with balance sheet preparation and reporting monthly to leadership team
Working as part of a team and reporting the Finance Manager your duties will include:
*Income review and reconciliations including income adjustments to maintain the accuracy of the management accounts.
*Payroll postings, review and reconciliations using hour's entry information.
*Expense review - review nominal codes and process any journals required to ensure the accuracy of the accounting process including, but not limited to accruals, prepayments, and year-end adjustments.
*Balance Sheet reconciliations - production, review and follow up of any queries to maintain accurate financial position.
*Support with annual Audit requests.
*Build relationships with home managers and deal with account queries on a timely basis and in a professional manner. Work with the Finance Business Partner to help with performance improvement within the region.
*Assist with all people management duties, including but not exclusively; recruitment, training and effective delegation of duties. To be carried out in accordance with the Group policies and procedures.
*To assist with projects for process improvements and for more effective Management Reporting.
*Assist with annual budgeting process

*Ideally you will have:
*Qualified/Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/AAT
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
*Previous experience of working with high volumes
