Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a business based in Leeds who are keen to secure the services of a Sales Ledger Clerk initially on a Fixed term basis.
Responsibilities include:
* Daily management of sales ledger cash receipts postings and allocations
* Ensure unposted cash receipts are reconciled & posted before month end close
* Investigate directly with client/credit controllers & Treasury unallocated cash receipts to ensure these are reconciled or refunded where applicable
* Daily reconciliation of postings to Sales Receipts Analysis
* Daily management of the credit control mailbox which will include:
* Additional Ad hoc duties as & when required
