Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes

  • Dealing with supplier queries

  • Reconciling supplier statements and supporting with payment runs

  • Assisting with month-end ledger tasks and reporting

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation

  • General admin duties to support the finance team

 

Skillset and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with accounting software and Excel

  • A proactive and flexible attitude — happy to pitch in as part of a team
