They employ over 1300 people and Accounts Payable requires a restructure, centralising the function to their head office in Barnsley, not far from the M1 at J37.
You will be joining a successful business who is in the process of transforming and centralising its Accounts Payable function, developing the team and managing and improving the full Purchase to Pay (P2P) function.
We are recruiting Purchase Ledger Clerks to add to the team, to register, match, code, and enter invoices onto the system. To deal with unmatched invoices and other supplier queries efficiently. To reconcile supplier statements, gain authorisation and prepare invoices ready for payment.
We are expecting a salary up to £24k depending upon relevant experience plus benefits. The role is based at the Barnsley head office and is a full-time permanent position.
We are looking for someone who is "tech savvy", in particular Microsoft Excel skills which ideally will include VLOOKUPs and PIVOT TABLEs.
