Sharp are working with a brilliant business based in Sheffield. The business is in an exciting period of transition, with a great AP leader that is wanting a team to help drive positive change.
Duties include:
*Processing a high volume of invoices, matching them with PO's and delivery notes.
*Identifying and resolving invoice queries
*Statement reconciliations
*Preparation of payment runs
*Actively drive Accounts Payable end to end process improvements to move to best practice.
*Provide information and recommendations to the AP Manager to develop and implement new services/policies/procedures for Accounts Payable.
*Provide a core service to support the supplier experience through the accurate and efficient development of our AP teams.
*Ensure all suppliers are paid to agreed terms, maximising credit available to the company.
*Provide support to the management team in the delivery of ad hoc projects/activities.
7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday
7.30am - 3pm Friday
£20k - £22k DEO
This position is a contract to perm role, with the client ideally wanting someone to start ASAP.
