Duties include:
* Working with Sage 50 Accounts Professional
* Booking in of stock items
* Petty cash
* UK supplier payments
* Updating of daily cash-flow spreadsheet
* Posting of purchase invoices and credit notes and posting supplier payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Data analysis
* Ad hoc duties to support the finance function as and when required
The Ideal candidate will display these attributes:
* Good analytical/organisational skills, maintain a high degree of accuracy
* Works well under pressure and takers the initiative
* Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
* A flexible approach and positive attitude
* Being able to work using your own initiative, whilst displaying a meticulous eye for detail
* Prior experience of Sage 200
