Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a leading business based in Selby on their search for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who will be able to hit the ground running in this three-month contract.
You will be accountable for the Purchase Ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoicing and reconciliation.
* Matching high volumes of Purchase invoices to orders
* Reporting on price and booking queries via workbook
* Circulating invoices for approval and posting
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Monitoring of the Accounts Payable inbox
* Liaising with suppliers and colleagues regarding issues
* Good IT skills including SmartVision and Microsoft Dynamnics
