A fantastic opportunity to join a great business as a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a full time permanent basis. This business provides service to both the public and private sectors and offers a great working environment at their Head Office in Harrogate.

Working with Purchase Ledger Supervisor duties and responsibilities will include:

*Managing purchase ledger in line with company policy
*Using an accounting system to accurately process invoices in a timely manner
*Matching, matching batching and coding high volumes of invoices
*Liaising with various departments to seek authorisation of invoices
*Reviewing any aged creditor balances and resolving issues
*Maintaining an accurate ledger
*Liaising with suppliers professionally
*Production of a weekly payment run
*Statement reconciliations
*Processing staff expenses
*Raising PO's
*Attending staff meetings as required

Ideally you will have:

*AAT level 3 qualification or equivalent
*Strong IT skills such as Excel and accounting systems
*Experience of Dimensions or Focalpoint
